Frequently Asked Questions
Below is a list of our frequently asked questions. If you have a question that is not answered in this list, feel free to email us at Info@RobertWPlasterFoundation.org.
What types of projects do you fund?
We provide naming grants for capital projects, usually for educational institutions, and preferably with a business and free enterprise focus.
Our goals and mission seem aligned, but I'm not necessarily an educational institution, could I still apply for a grant?
Feel free to contact us or complete the Grant Interest Form. We consider gifts or projects that align with our mission and the legacy of Robert W. Plaster.
Do you provide grants to institutions outside Missouri?
Yes. Our geographic focus is generally the Midwest, Heartland, and the South, spanning from the Rocky to Appalachian Mountains and from the northern to the southern border.
Do you provide grants for endowments, operating budgets, or scholarships?
Our Founder chose to focus his Foundation on capital projects as a way of broadening the impact of grants given and to help more students at a time. As such, we do not fund endowments, operating budgets, or scholarships.
