Elsie Plaster Community Center

Elsie Plaster Community Center (EPCC) is named after Robert W. Plaster’s mother. This community center contains various classrooms for music and art students, an auditorium, and the Longwell Museum. The EPCC serves the students and faculty of Crowder College, as well as the businesses, industries, and citizens of the four-state area.
