Concordia University-Wisconsin

Robert W. Plaster Free Enterprise Center

The 41,000 square-foot Robert W. Plaster Free Enterprise Center building overlooks the beautiful Lake Michigan on Concordia University - Wisconsin’s (CUW) campus. It houses Concordia’s thriving Batterman School of Business and is the headquarters for the Concordia Center for Free Enterprise. This facility includes an incubator space for student and community startups and a Makerspace to foster creativity and entrepreneurship while aiding learning outcomes for students across all disciplines. A hallmark of the building is the massive Collaboratorium in the center, where all are welcomed to collaborate, tap into resources and attend events. In addition, this building houses a Speech and Language Clinic. With half of CUW’s six academic schools devoted to healthcare disciplines, there exists a ‘built-in’ opportunity to fuse business and healthcare learning.
